We represent our clients in proceedings on enforcement of their claims and also provide for management of large portfolios of claims.

We have acquired wide-ranging experience particularly in tax related disputes or disputes related to development contracts and unfair competition. We advise our clients upon first occurrence of any risk of a dispute, analysing, in particular, possible steps, risks and related costs.
