We specialize in providing legal services in business-related law fields.

Our team consisting of more than 18 lawyers, most of which have previous experience from major international and local law offices, has extensive experience particularly in the field of corporate law, including M&A, capital market, finance, real estate, employment, and litigation (both court and arbitral proceedings).

Apart from Czech, we also provide legal services in English and German.

Our membership in international law offices networks and co-operation with select foreign-based law offices allows us to offer our clients comprehensive legal support in foreign law issues.
